Meet the FDDC Staff

Debra Dowds - Executive Director
Responsible for oversight and coordination of Council activities. Staffs the Executive Committee & Human Resource Committee.

Allison Cruz-Mitchell - Deputy Director of Programs
Responsible for planning, developing, managing and providing oversight of the Council's funded projects. Staffs the Program Planning and Evaluation Committee.

Lisa Taylor - Deputy Director of Finance
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and oversight of the Council's financial, business, and office operations. Staffs the Finance Committee.

Vanda Bowman - Staff Assistant
Provides administrative support to the Public Policy Coordinator, the Communication Coordinator and the Health Care/Prevention Program Manager.

Malloree Cleaver - Staff Assistant
Provides administrative support to the Child Development/ Education Program Manager, the Special Projects Manager, and the Employment Program Manager.

Rose Coster - Communication Coordinator
Responsible for planning, developing and coordinating the Council's communication, marketing, and public relations activities. Staffs the Communication Committee.

Misty Grimm - Staff Assistant/Receptionist
Responsible for providing administrative support to Council staff.

Dennie Hill - Special Projects Manager
Responsible for the management of the "You Make a Difference" awards, the Consumers and Families Leadership & Development Assistance Project, the RFP 100 training programs, the Leadership Development Funds and the Youth Leadership Forum. Staffs the Leadership Committee.

Margaret Hooper - Public Policy Coordinator
Responsible for the planning, development and coordination of the Council's public policy and advocacy activities. Staffs the Public Policy and Advocacy Committee.

Adam Miller - Program Manager
Staffs the Child Development & Education Task Force.

Cindy Nipper Tan - Special Projects Manager
Responsible for the management of the "Partners in Policymaking" project.

Karen Lindsey Pelham - Special Project Manager
Responsible for the planning, development and coordination of special projects as assigned. Monitors and reports proposed administrative rule and meeting notifications.

Shanette Peters - Staff Assistant
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Director and the Deputy Director of Programs.

Debbi Richards - Program Manager
Staffs the Health Care/Prevention Task Force.

Antionette Williams - Program Manager
Staffs the Employment Task Force.

Carolyn Williams - Staff Assistant
Responsible for providing administrative support to Community Living/ Service Coordination Program Manager and special projects managers.

Staffs the Community Living/Service Coordination Task Force.
