State Office for Disabilities APD Wait List Survey - The Florida Office on Disability and Health worked with the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council and the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) to develop and complete a survey of up to 1,000 individuals on the APD wait list to determine what services they need. The Florida Legislature, APD and the FDDC will use this information to identify immediate and long-term needs for individual who are waiting for services.

Redefining Medical Necessity - This project will develop a “white paper” that promotes the development of a revised definition of “medical necessity” which is based on optimal functioning and community inclusion standards.
