1. What are the 16 locally contracted entities (Local Early Offices or ESs) across the state?

2. It is expected that the evaluator will conduct site visits to each of the locally contracted entities?

It will be up to the proposer to identify how they will accomplish the collaboration and planning necessary to develop a statewide strategic plan with broad stakeholder support.

3. In addition to federal funds, what are other sources of funding for the Early Steps Program?

4. Can you provide a graphic of the number of children and families participating in the program by contracted agency, location and services provided?

5. Is it permissible to count time contributed by an intern as in-kind match? The intern is a master level intern at Florida State University. Their time would be used to support completion of certain activities associated with the project.
