Are you (or someone you care for) living with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder in Florida? We’d like your input!
The FDDC would like to hear from people who are:
- Connected to a case manager or support coordinator, OR
- Currently living in, have lived in, or are considering living in a residential group setting.
These conversations will take roughly 1-hour and will be held via Zoom. Your input will help to improve the quality of community-based services provided in Florida.
