Five-Year State Plan
The FDDC’s Five-Year State Plan identifies the most pressing needs of people with Intellectual/developmental disabilities in the State of Florida.
In accordance with the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act 2000, the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council is required to develop and implement a Five-Year State Plan. The FDDC Five-Year State Plan for Fiscal Years (FY) 2022–2027 focuses on several areas of significance to the intellectual/developmental disabilities community. The FDDC addresses these needs through systems change and capacity building efforts that promote self-determination, integration, and inclusion for people with developmental disabilities.
Five Year State Plan
The plan covers services in areas such as education, employment, transportation and long term supports that positively impact the lives of children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families.
