Special Council Meeting
Pursuant to section 286.011, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council (FDDC) shall hold a Special Council Meeting on April 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT or as soon as the FDDC Executive Committee meeting has concluded, whichever is later, at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando, Lake Buena Vista South, 4955 Kyngs Heath Road, Kissimmee, FL 34746, and Zoom https://fddc.zoom.us/j/87556787609?from=addon Passcode: 302702, Phone (305) 224-1968, Meeting ID # 875 5678 7609, Passcode: 302702. The purpose of the meeting is to hold elections for the following vacancies on the Executive Committee: Vice Chair, Treasurer, and at-large.
If any person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such person will need a record of the proceeding and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
